Yapree is an online marketplace for all things India. We connect buyers with sellers, manufacturers, and artisans of goods made in India.


HOW DO I BUY ON YAPREE ?

Yapree gives you an option to become a registered member to buy. You can also buy as guest if you choose not to become a member. Membership is free.

Buying process is same as buying on any online platform. You buy directly from the sellers and not from Yapree LLC. Yapree LLC provides the platform for connecting buyers with sellers.


HOW DO I CONTACT A SELLER?

You can contact any seller directly from our Platform. However you have to be a member to contact the seller. It would not be possible to send and receive messages without becoming a registered member on our Platform.


WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer secure and easy Paypal Checkout. You don't need a paypal account in order to pay. You can use your PayPal account or any major credit card to pay for your orders.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS ?

Once you confirm your order, you can check its shipping status on Yapree. Please follow these steps to track your orders:

If you know your Order ID click on MY Account > Track My Order to see the Tracking updates.

If you do not have your Order ID:

1. Sign into your Yapree account

2. Click on My Account

3. Click on Orders

4. Click on Open to see a list of all orders

5. Click on the Order ID you are tracking to see updates.

6. You will see one of the following statuses :

  • Processed—the payment was received.
  • Complete—all work on the order was completed.
  • Open—the order was plac and created in the store database, but it hasn’t been processed yet.
  • Failed—the payment transaction failed.
  • Declined—the order was canceled by the store administrator.
  • Backordered—the order hasn’t been processed yet, as it contains out-of-stock items.
  • Canceled—the order was canceled by the customer.



HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Most Sellers offer reasonable return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your order ,Please contact the seller directly.

1. Sign into your Yapree account

2. Click on My Account

3. Click on Orders

4. Click on Open to see a list of all orders

5. Click the Order ID you are interested in

6. Click on Contact Vendor to send a messages

The Requested status is automatically assigned to all newly-submitted requests. Please check for further updates by logging into your account. You will see One of the following updates from the seller

  • Approved: Your Return is approved
  • Complete: Your Return is complete. The seller has received the item and sent the refund
  • Declined: Your Return has been Declined



HOW DO I CREATE MY ACCOUNT?

There is no membership fee to join the Yapree Community. Creating an account is fast and free. By becoming a registered member you gain access to many features. As a registered member you can make your wish list, communicate directly with vendors, make comparison lists, personlize your shopping and speed up your future purchases

Please follow following steps to become a registered member:

Step 1 : Review our Terms and conditions and our Privacy Policies.

Step 2 : Click My Account on top right corner of the site

Step 3: Select Register from drop down menu

Step 4: Complete the Registration Form

Within minutes you will receive a welcome email from Service@Yapree.com with your login credentials.

If you do not see your confirmation email please check your spam and junk mail folder

HOW DO I SIGN INTO MY YAPREE ACCOUNT

1. Go to www.Yapree.com

2. Click on My Account and Select Sign in from drop down Menu

3. Enter your credentials to sign in


WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED BY ORDER BY THE DUE DATE?

If you have not received your order by due date, Please check to see if the Seller has shipped your order and provided Tracking information. Tracking information provided by the seller should provide live updates of the package in transit.

If order status is shipped but no tracking information is provided, please contact the seller.

If your order is not shipped by the due date and no Tracking information has not been provided ,Please contact Yapree : Service@yYapree.com
